1. The service

Gallery Platform provides inventory, CRM, and sales management software for art galleries. These terms will govern access to and use of the service.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Account holders are responsible for their credentials and for the activity in their organizations. Final terms will describe acceptable use, suspension, and termination.

3. Customer data

Galleries own the data they store in the service. Final terms will describe our responsibilities as a processor of that data, alongside the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments

Paid plans and payment processing (via Stripe) will be described here, including billing cycles, refunds, and taxes.
