1. What we collect

Account information (name, email), the gallery data our customers store, and service telemetry. The final policy will enumerate each category and its purpose.

2. Google user data

Members can connect a Gmail mailbox; the final policy will describe the scopes requested, how mailbox data is used (offer sending and the member-private knowledge base), and that it is never shared or sold.

3. Deletion and export

Users can export their data and delete their account from within the product; galleries can export or erase a contact's data on request. The final policy will describe timelines and what is retained.
