Introducing Gallery Platform

Running a gallery means holding a lot in your head at once: which works are where, who asked about what, which invoices are still open, and what to show the collector who's coming by on Thursday. Most of the software built for this either does one slice of the job or asks you to work the way it does.

Gallery Platform is our attempt at the whole job, in one place:

  • Inventory — artworks with editions, formats, locations, and images, organized into galleries and lists.
  • Collectors & CRM — contacts, interactions, pipelines, and offers sent as tracked emails from your own mailbox.
  • Sales & money — invoices with hosted payment, consignor payables, statements, and QuickBooks sync.
  • An assistant that knows your gallery — ask about your inventory and collectors in plain language, in the app or from your own tools.

Built in the open

We publish our developer docs and API from day one — the same API our own app runs on — so your gallery's data is never locked in. Import from a spreadsheet or another system; export everything, any time.

What's next

We're onboarding early galleries now. If you'd like to be one of them, sign up or write to us — and watch this space for product notes as we ship.
